Witches/Enchantment

Self Portrait. For centuries women and queer people have found solace in witchcraft and mother nature. We were often blame and killed for the evils of the world from the oppressors because of the fear of women/queer people having any sort of power.
Although I don't practice as much as I would like too, reading on witches from different cultures have always gave me comfort. I am sadden that there is not much information on brujas in El Salvador, and especially the indigenous traditions, to listen to their stories and legends and ways they take car of mother Earth. One day I hope to learn about it...
